I love this under the sink system, the water tastes great. the cartridges were easy to replace. I gave it 4 stars because I absolutely despise Aquasana's auto ship program. They charge your account about 3 weeks before they ship and without notification. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE AUTO SHIP PROGRAM
