Poorly made, NOT user friendly, and frustrating.

I've had the Three Stage Max Flow under sink unit for almost exactly three years. Every single time we've had to change the filter its a new, frustrating ordeal. Never the same experience twice. It's become a joke in our household when the new filter arrives in the mail, because the dread for the installation saga is so real. I've even had my handyman do it on two occasions until he said he couldn't do it anymore, because he can't in good faith charge me for the actual time it takes him to get through the project. Now with this last change, the leaking from the number three filter won't stop, no matter how many times we remove and replace it. My husband suggested we need a new housing, clearly something inside is broken. The housing unit is cheaply made, entirely of plastic so that's not a bad assumption. I hesitate to spend another penny with this company, but I checked for replacement parts and naturally, there are no replacement options for this piece of the unit. So the entire thing now goes into the landfill, and I will find a more reputable company for my water needs. The only positive thing I can say is, at least I don't have to change those filters anymore.
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable

The installation was almost effortless. The product is sturdy. The faucet is beautiful. Only downfall so far is the slow running water. Just takes some getting used to though.

Water tastes great and clear as can be. Installation was a little tricky for the beverage faucet only because of the tight space. Everything is well designed and no leaks after I installed.

The water flow is extremely slow, it takes at least a minute to sill a coffee mug. The kit did not come with a small wrench to install the faucet. It’s a disappointment.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install

I FEEL PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO BUY BOTTLED WATER. THE INSTALLATION WAS NOT AS EASY AS THE TUTORIAL SUGGESTED- I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO WAS ABLE TO CONTORT HIS BODY THROUGH THE UNDERSINK DOORWAY & REACH UP TO REMOVE OLD SOAP DISPENSER TO PUT IN THE SPOUT.

My tap water has sediment and a mineral taste and I've always wanted a dedicated tap for filtered water. The Claryum 3-Stage was just what I was looking for. It's an easy install and the water tastes great. The included faucet is good quality too. I've had it for two weeks now and it's getting a lot of use. I am very happy with it!

This product is awsome and very easy to install. The water is very clean, refreshing and tastes great. Filters lasted more than 8 months. The Andriod app helps a filter life remaining. Great product

Easy install, smooth taste

I finished the DIY setup in about 2 hours. Had to remove an old stubborn soap dispenser, so it took longer. I turned on the tap nervously, looked under the counter, and there were no leaks! That felt like enough to recommend the product right there. After letting it run for 20 minutes as directed, I tasted the water and it was smooth. There appeared to be little white specks floating around, but they disappeared after a few seconds and I realized they were just tiny bubbles. All in all, I'm happy with it. Even with the Max Flow model the flow rate is not that fast, but it's adequate. I have no clue whether our water is any "healthier", but it's giving me and my wife some peace of mind.
