This is a great product however the installation screws and wall anchors were too small and would not hold the weight. The unit fell off the wall due to the extra weight. I had to buy larger screws and anchors and that fixed the problem.

The filter system functions perfectly removing the chlorine and mal odor in our drinking water. The only complaint I have is the quality of the faucet supplied with the filter system, it is cheap and the bottom escutcheon is not brushed nickel but polished.

We had this filter installed about a month ago. I did not risk doing it myself and had a plumber to do it. It took him about 30 min. It is awesome to have a drinking water faucet! Some reviews that i have read prior to buying this filter mentioned a slow water flow. For me the water flow is perfectly fine! I usually fill a carafe and keep it on the table. Water tastes great! And the fact that I do not have to keep on buying 2 gallons water bottles, carry them from the car into the garage, then in the house, keep track if we have enough drinking water! it is just great! It makes my life so much easier!
