Installation wasn’t the easiest but worth it

Clean water, not smelly and no after taste. Wasn’t the easiest to install but it’s worth it so far!
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install

After a couple of minor issues, the filter is working as promised. I dealt with a very competent and knowledgeable customer service agent and my problem was solved. One filter was cut to short, and a filter housing had a leak. Both were replaced in a timely fashion. Is there a lack of quality control? That is my only question.

Working good now. Originally I put filters in and water only flowed to first filter. Had to swap filter sockets around to get water flowing to all filters with filters in correct order.

Installing Aquasana was a breeze: Just follow the instructions!
After installing the Aquasana 3-stage filter, water tasted much better than before, and the whole family noticed that!
I haven't sent a sample for analyses yet, but it looks like it made a good difference in water quality...

Like almost all filters, you'll need to be patient while filling large bottles as the water flow is normally reduced due to running through the filtration stages.

I just recently had a chance to try and install the filter but the fittings are not very good and constant water leak. The compression fittings are not adequate for the filters and need to use some other for. Or use the fitting already on and just screw together. As of now I still don’t know how the actual filter works and will now need to pay someone to fix the issue.
Cons: Difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased one for my large 1895 farmhouse. immediately the water tasted better. It was easy to install and it is easy to change filters. I just put the second one in another house. If you don't have a water filter, this one is it. Excellent customer service too.

Overall installation wasn't super difficult, but as others have mentioned, the compression connection to the filter unit can be tricky. I tried to push the connection in as far as I could, but the first time I turned the water on, it started spraying everywhere. After working at it a little more, I was able to push the connection further in and have had no problems since.
The filter unit, itself, is great. Very clean taste, and the max flow version dispenses at a good rate.
