The product looks great, but the low water pressure was disappointing, lower than I expected, though I know any filter lowers the pressure somewhat. I wasn't here when the super installed it, so I don't know how easy or difficult it was and I haven't had it long enough to comment on filter life, ease of changing filter, etc. The water tastes fine, but NYC water tastes pretty good anyway.

I have used other filter systems and was very unsatisfied with them, the water taste was unacceptable taste was improved that very little. Purchased a picture water filter for additional filtration of the under sink still little improvement of the taste. My wife said we need to do something. Purchased and installed the aquasana under sink filter and what an improvement, the taste is outstanding the water really tastes great and my wife is satisfied. Enough said could not be more happy with this filter.
