I live in a place which is mildly famous among its residents for having bad infrastructure in general. This also applies to the water system. So much chlorine you can taste it. But not anymore with this hulk of a filter. My water tastes crystal clear. Short of showering with it (I got a different Aquasana filter for that) I use it for everything.

I just installed the 3 stage system today. You do a decent job with supplies/instructions/prep, but, you missed a few contingencies. For example, the existing hole in my granite counter was just about the same size of your faucet escutcheon. This looks like a standard hole size for other appliances. You should supply installation materials for a standard hole, in addition to the small hole installation you included.. I am not certain I will get my unit to ever set properly this way. As such, I am hoping you will contact me and supply the needed parts. You should also mark the hoses at each end with the proper installation depth. You don't give very much hose either. I was lucky I could install everything in close proximity. Not everyone will have this option. For the benefit of the less handy homeowner, I would have suggested either using a universal compression fitting or suggest which way to install. I was happy with the quick-connect fittings to the unit, the 3 way adapter for easy integration with my cold water supply, and easy unit mounting. I look forward to many long years of improved water quality.

This is my third Aquasana system. Every time I move I purchase a new system for my home. I have owned the Countertop filter and the Two-Stage under the counter filter. I figured this go round, I'd get the 3-stage. It was pretty easy to install. I found the video emailed to me helpful with the installation. The brushed nickel looks nice and matches my faucet. My water tastes very pure and healthy now, compared to the tap which tastes like chlorine.
