Does not filter metals

Installed as directed. A small leak on one of the sumps was immediately noticed. The big thing though is it doesn't filter heat metals. I tested the water and there was very little change. Only about 1ppb difference in the case of lead. I'm very displeased about that!
I had this installed as part of my kitchen renovation so I can’t speak to how easy or difficult to install as the plumber did with our new sink install. I can say however that our water is amazing now! Prior to this, no one in my home would drink tap water, it smelled horribly of chlorine and the taste was nasty. I was buying bottle water in addition to filters for a jug style filter, now we have a very attractive dedicated faucet for our water consumption and it matches seamlessly with our new faucet. Doing the math for my family, we actually are saving money with this system and we are not contributing to plastics pollution. We also had the system tap into our ice maker, so we have good tasting ice for drinks too!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flow Rate is horrible

Updating my review from early August. As expected the flow rate has only deteriorated with time. It's now taking >30-seconds to fill 2-cups of water.
Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed at our overseas apartment (Jordan ) to stop buying bottled water. Installation was very easy and water quality was excellent. Everyone liked the taste and it was as good as the bottled water. Used it for one month.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new fresh water, but tech needs work
on March 20, 2019

The installation process was difficult because our plumbing sizing did not match well with the Aquasana system. It required troubleshooting and a few trips to the hardware store, but we got it going! The water tastes amazing and the flow rate is great. Our only complaint is the tech/app is really terrible. I thought we would be able to track our filter life but I could even get my account set up on the app without crashing and my husband couldn't even get far enough to download it successfully. It's not a deal breaker, but very disappointing.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaks every time you replace filters
on September 22, 2023

I had to replace O rings every time I replace filters. Still leaks and have to replace paper towels now every couple of days due to minor leaks( have to lay paper towels to prevent wood) Poor and low quality filtration system with ultra high pricing
I've had an Aquasana filter in our kitchen for the last 9 years and have enjoyed the taste and quality of the water. Since moving to a new house, we purchased the 3-stage (instead of the 2 stage) and find the water to be of the same good quality. The improved faster flow has really been the most important improvement for us.
Bought it to replace our Reverse Osmosis System and due to the limited supply you can get at a time. I also tried a Zero Gravity filter but the water really didnt taste good.
The 3 Stage Aquasana installs in less than 30min and the water tastes great. No odor or chlorine taste of any kind. There is a high flow of water coming from the system which makes it really useful.
