The installation was a breeze , except that it was difficult to tighten the dsipenser thing because of the impossible clearances under my sink. I think you might advise tightening immediately before connecting cables.

We ordered two for two different faucets. One is working great - was installed by the plumber so I can't speak to how easy it is to install, and we are happy with it. Unfortunately, the second system is leaking at one of the filter casings and we haven't been able to use it yet.

This is the second RO filtration system that I have bought. The water tastes clean and is refreshing. I refrigerate bottles in the summer and it is a satisfying thirst quencher. We have planned to purchase the whole house Rino filter system again for our new house. Aquasana is the brand that we recommend!!

I has the 3 stage system and it developed a leak. I order the same system but was sent the 2 stage system. The 2 stage is installed and appears to work. I tried contacting by email two times but with no response.
