Since 1980, following my arrival in Southern California, I've had to either buy bottled water or use some kind of sink-mounted water filtration system for drinking and cooking water. Every one, no matter what the brand, either broke or clogged within a few weeks. And none seemed to be able to handle LA's hard water. A few years ago, I discovered Aquasana, and will never go back to anything else. The water tastes as good as bottled "mountain spring" to me, the filters are long-lasting and easy to replace. I heartily recommend it.

The filters themselves are great but changing the filters is very difficult! The housing where the filters sit it is hard to take apart, we broke one trying to change the filters inside, bought a new and "upgraded" and still have the same problems. But we just keep buying because we feel the filters are great!

Hard to change filters. Also the pop-up switch isn't working good, and every time you have to push it in manually. Overall Aquasana is very good product and has excellent service.
