Our water had an extremely strong smell and taste of chlorine before being filtered with the Aquasana filtration system. Water now tastes great and has zero odor. Somewhat of a drawback is having to hold down the lever the entire time the water is being filtered. Other than that, I really love the product.

Although it takes some time to know how to change the filters, these are the best on the market, and cheaper than every other water filter I have seen when you consider you only change every 6 months. The pre-filters are a must and are wonderful to initially filter the water.

After changing filters the leaking under the sink is constant. Already replaced housing once. Worked without leaks for six months. Now leaking again. Keep plastic bin under sink and soak up water leaking daily. Really thinking about getting rid of this permanently. Had another name-brand system for 12-15 years and never had this problem. When I couldn't get replacement filters I switched to Aquasana. Inexpensive initial purchase but not durable.

Sometimes the new replacement filters are difficult to install, because one or both of the old filters will get stuck in the chambers and replacing the entire countertop water filter system is the next best option.

I get the six month replacement for life and I LOVE it. I don't have to figure out when to change the filter, I just do it when they arrive in the mail. Always prompt! I would however, like to get the sealing rings new at least every other delivery. Other than than, I am very happy with this water filter and service.
