I have a countertop model. I chose this company as it seemed like I would get the cleanest water...I believe that is what I am getting. I really dislike however the awkward and difficult changing of the filters...the hose detachment with the ring to push down as you are trying to pull the hose out is quite annoying. Also the Hose has poor connection at the faucet and leaks. The pin doesn't pop back in when the water is turned off too. As it does on a friends countertop model. we tried to get other hose / faucet part but they all do the same thing. I wish you had an easier way to change those filters. I have gashed many a finger over the past 2 years trying to change filters....it shouldn't have to be this way. I love the water though and don't care if it comes out of the spigot slowly...I know its getting clean.
