I am a former "pitcher filter" user and this blows them away. Simple to install. I am also a "water for lifer" so I enjoy the convenience of my replacement filters being delivered without me having to do it myself. I guess my only real con would be that the water isn't "perfectly" free of all contaminants. I drink more water now than ever and that's a good thing for a man in his late 50's.

My entire family has loved the filter system. We have the under countermount. But I am the one who installs it and truly if you have hand mobility issues it can be difficult to install. It isnt difficult just very rudimentary engineering and basic. We have auto delivery of filters and that helps with reminders for changing them. However one box had a nipple that was uneven and it is the filter that is more difficult or bothersome of the two to install so that was completely unusable bc it leaked with no possible repair. Never did try to contact the company to see if they would send a replacement. We have had it for over two years and still going strong, but quite honestly i do grumble when that new box of filters arrive bc I know I will fight with my hands and the install of the filters for a few minutes.

Got a replacement bec it was too difficult to get filters out. Also it was a very slow pour. Since I received the new set up with the differant faucet, the pour is much better. I will have to wait to see if it is any easier to get the filters out.
