The assembly was not as easy as outlined. Had problems mounting dispenser to the faucet as rubber washer did not stop it from leaking initially. Had to adjust faucet adaptor to stop the leak. When turning on the water to clean the filter, the bottom of one filter leaked. After unscrewing the cap (which is very difficult by hand. Had to use ratchet tool to unscrew) to get to the filter, I found that the filter was "upside down" and the o-ring was slightly cut. Had an old filter with o-ring and replaced it; otherwise, I would have had to call to have o-ring replaced. That would have been a great inconvenience.

This unit is small enough to be unobtrusive on the counter, extremely easy to install, and does its job exceptionally well. The taste of my tap water is noticeably cleaner and chlorine-free; I used to hate drinking plain water, but now I find myself filling up a glass at least once a day. Just what I was hoping for!
Of note: yes, it does flow slower than the standard tap, but good things take time. =)

I have been a customer for at least 4 years, and my parents even longer. I must say, I truly like the job this filtration system does. And I have attached a picture to prove it. The filter on the right is the first filter the water enters through. Then it goes into the chamber with the filter on the left. This amazes me, and has made me even more of a loyal customer.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install

From the very first glass, I could tell the difference. It is so good to know that I am getting healthy, clean water that benefits my overall health. Being on a fixed income, I needed to find a low cost solution to obtaining healthy water, and Aquasana had exactly what I needed. It took advantage of the water that I already had, so I didn't have to buy water or a dispenser. I am so thankful to have found out about this, and highly recommend it to everyone.
