I use this daily. I bought the glass bottles and fill them up for work. The only thing I don't like is that the water flow is soooo slow and it can take awhile to fill things up, especially if you are using it for tea or cooking.

Cons: The water flow is very very slow...

This thing offers me peace-of-mind. The water tastes good and the filter removes so much more than the Brita I had been using. It's also nice and small. I appreciate not having to constantly re-fill and clean the fridge-container version of a filter. Haven't had it long, happy so far.

I love this filter, don't get me wrong. However, I think it should be smaller. I don't really know where to place it by the kitchen sink. Also, it would be great if when you pull that little knob that the water flow is bigger. We fill some water into containers and it takes quite long to fill them up. But again, it's awesome to have clean water at home. For that allone I would give it a 5 Star!
