Unit is used at kitchen sink for drinking, cooking, coffee, tea, pets and in humidifier. Easy 10-minute installation and the water tastes great. With a blind taste test the filtered water was immediately noticeable - it's cleaner & crisper and the chemical taste of the tap water is eliminated. The unit is a bit larger than anticipated so takes up some counter space. Water runs a bit slowly but that was expected as any filtering works best with slower flow. I would definitely recommend this product.

please make this countertop a RO filter and make it where it filters out all fluoride I recommended it to a friend but she needs a RO filter and it cant contain any fluoride because she has hashimoto thyroid disease. So please it would be great if you could do that i would also prefer these changes because we rent in NY and cannot get the RO device that you offer because we are renters.

The water tastes great, but I can not prevent the faucet from leaking drops of regular water into the filtered water. I read that this should stop within a few days but it hasn't. I have tried to detach and re-attach but I am fearful of over tightening (and stripping threads), and the problem persists. Do you have any ideas/solutions? Thanks, Mike
