I wanted something that I wouldn't have to hire some one to install and wouldn't need to mess with my sink. This filter rated well and claims to filter more impurities the other over the counters. Took less then 5 minutes to install and water tastes great. I purchased the delux on/off piece... worth the extra 10.00 for sure!

I bought this product because I rent and wanted an easy use filter. Upon opening package, I accidentally unscrewed one of the cartridge covers. It started leaking once I screwed back on. I remedied this with plumber thread, but feel I shouldn't have had to do that. I will see what happens when I have to change the cartridge. Besides that I love the filter! Water tastes great and I am drinking lots more of it.

Bought this for my wife's bathroom sink and she loves it. The only negative I can find with this unit is that it has a tendency to leak if you don't grease and seat the gasket exactly right. It's a workhorse and lasts forever. Great product.
