Overall I'm very happy with the filter. I'd like the flow of water to be a bit stronger, but it's good enough. Everything you claimed--easy to install, compact, great tasting water--is true. I feel a bit nervous about accidently turning the hot water on and damaging the filter--it's an easy mistake to make. So far no problems though and I like the automatic filter replacement plan you offer.

Being on well water I use daily as no floride. I have went on vacation with no problems. I always let it run till cold a minute or so to be safe. More after vacation. Fully confident on well water this way even if not recommended. I could not stand the taste otherwise and would have to use bottled water. I easily drink three times as much water than I could bottled water in a day. It's refreshing and tastes good. A 107 year woman on tv was asked her secret. She stated drink lots of water. That's good enough for me.
