I have been using an older version of this filter for the last 6 years until the housing cracked and started leaking. That was probably because of my over-tightening the covers when changing the cartridges. Very happy with this filter and just bought this new brushed design that looks awesome in my kitchen.

Filter works well, but does not take out fluoride. This is a serious design flaw, that could (I hope) be resolved by redesigning the filters. Doing so would (IMO) boost sales!
