Slim design and ease of installation. However, we noticed there was a kink in one of the filter gasket that was causing the leak after installation. Will try it for a month or two and might ask for replacement. Leak is gone for now. Might be due to poor workmanship during installation. A filter change indicator light on the filter system is desirable.

Our Counter top filter unit is used in our kitchen. I really like the easy to clean sleek design of the unit and that it is thin enough to sit on the edge of the sink. I don't mind the filter tubes, I just have them wrapped around the back of the faucet and it keeps them out of the way.
