The water tastes great. It's sort of an unattractive addition to my kitchen but worth not having to carry up 3 gallon containers of water anymore. It takes 5-10 seconds to stop pouring/dripping once I've shut it off. Not sure if that's normal, but a concern in drought-ridden California.

Water taste is great, Installation is easy, no leaks so far. I am glade that it retains minerals needed for our body. I will never use reverse oasmosis system coz they remove all minerals which are necessary for us. This unit does not need any modification to your tap or water system in the kitchen. Just plug in to your existing tap and enjoy great tasting water. Still I don't know if the hose included and the plastic body is BPA free or not? That is my only concern

I bought the counter-top water filter and also the shower filter. Both are great! I could not be happier. I used to buy bottled water multiple times a month for cooking and drinking and now I can used my own filtered water and it tastes better, clear. Does not taste like tap water. And, even more beautiful that I only have to by a new filter every 6 months! The shower water feels more refined. Not as harsh. It's the best investment I made.

The product is wonderful. The customer service is wonderful. I am happy with the product. I just think there should be a design change, maybe charge a little more money, but make the disks that you unscrew, when replacing filters, with metal instead of plastic, since the plastic fuses even with addition of oil on the rings, so you're unable to change out the filter when it comes time to.
