Installation was super easy. The tubing is now clear instead of white, which I think looks nicer. While I haven't had the water tested, the dog would rather drink this water than the water from the tap, so that says something.
A suggestion when running the water initially: Run the water for 10 minutes as instructed, and then check for small rising bubbles in the water. If there are small rising bubbles, continue to run the water until you no longer see any. (You have to put the water in a clear container to observe the bubbles.) Alternatively, if you have a pet, you can see if they will drink it. Unless your pet eats/drinks anything, in which case, use the bubbles method. lol
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Easy to install

em assembled twice a year! Please Care about people and bring that system back ! Now !

Have had the counter top filter for a bit over a month and no complaints. It took less than a minute to install. There is definitely a difference in the taste and clarity, the slow pour is really not an issue for me. This is perfect for apartment dwelling. Considering the cost, waste and time of purchasing bottles or pitcher filters this is the best value.

The filter was easy to install. The water tastes perfect. I'm happy I changed from 5 gallon water bottles to this filter. Filling up items with water is a slow process but it is a good trade off. Money saved indeed.

The simplest to install. Make a tremendous difference in taste of water. Easy filter changes if you use the proper sized metric box end wrench. Easy leak stoppage with same wrench. Been using for many, many years. Aquasana would do well to include in the instructions the information about using the correct metric box end wrench or socket

BEST COUNTER TOP FILTER I EVER OWNED!

I have been using this model filter since about 2005. The water tastes great and I always feel confident my family is getting not only great tasting but healthy water!I use it to make iced tea, homemade soups, ice cubes, etc. Everything tastes better with filtered water. And I don't have to carry heavy cases of bottled water into my house and I'm not putting plastic bottles in the landfills which makes me feel more Green. It's a Win/Win situation!
