product does is awesome. Even friends and family had me bring over water. I recommend this to everybody no I used to enjoy mine past tense used to. now I can't get the bottom open to put the filters in so it's just sitting in the basement collecting dust

After our building had changed the water tank , it leafy our water with a heavy smell. My over the counter filter removed the smell completely. Amazing! What's not amazing is the leaking at the bottom of the unit that I cannot solve after repeating & repeating the steps your company recommended.
