I have had my filter for somewhere around 8-9 years now. For the past 6 years I have lived in an area where the water is so bad that I get notices about the dangers of drinking it. This water filter makes my water taste better than bottled water, very clean and pure. I am a "Water for Life" member which includes an extended warranty. It has worked perfectly the entire time until 2 days ago. The valve on the piece that attaches to the faucet now sprays water everywhere. I was concerned that even the extended warranty would not cover a new replacement part after 8-9 years. Low and behold it does! There was no hassle to it. I am very impressed with this company's service and the filter itself. I highly recommend this filter and this company to anyone looking for a wonderful water filtration system!

Water output is aweful. Takes 3.5 minutes per gallon.

In my opinion this filter doesn't work. It's very slow output 3.5 minutes per gallon. The taste of the water isn't good and it's not removing the chloramines from the water that makes me itch. That was the reason I got it, but it doesn't do very well. Back to bottled water....
