Countertop Filter is a fine product and have been happy with for several years. The cost of Replacement Filters is ... simply put ... RIDICULOUS. Even with Water for Life subscription the cost is OUTRAGEOUS. It has me very close to considering the competition. Here's an idea, why not periodically offer loyal and longtime customers a 25% coupon every two years or so,...and not contingent on enrolling in Water for Life. It's all in the computer,...you know who the repeat customers year after year....so throw us a bone as a gesture of Thanks, we appreciate your patronage. New customers....well, they should have to earn it, and when they do, add them to the loyalty list. So, you asked for a review, and here it is. I can only hope it gets the attention is should. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Love the system, it was easy to install, and the water tastes SO much better than straight from tap. Our water is heavily chlorinated, and this completely removes that taste. It does take longer to fill up a glass now, but we opted to fill a pitcher at a time and keep in fridge. I have a very old fashioned porcelain sink with ribbed water drainage on both sides, and the way the filter box is, it doesn't sit properly and slides around because it needs a flat surface, but I think a little shelf for it to sit on will solve that problem. (Just in case someone else has a sink like that!) Sometimes I also find the tubes cumbersome, but Overall I am very satisfied.

Cons: Slow pour

this is a great product. the only problem i have is how slow the water comes out of the filter. if you could figure a way to increase the flow you would beat out all the competitions. the only reason you get 4 instead of 10 stars is that one problem..
