I loved the old countertop filter and sad to know that it's now discontinued and being replaced by another machine. First, the old countertop reserves less counter space whereas the new one will occupy more space and a lot pricier than the old one which I will not be considering as this has the same function. I hope you will be able to offer the old one back.

Last time I got replacement filters the bottom plastic cap on the bottom of the A-cartridge fell off exposing the black charcoal filter on the inside. I called and they immediately sent a new one. other than that it's a very good filter system. Thank you!.
