I bought this to replace a faucet mount filter because the filters for it kept going to in price and needed to be replaced 6x a year where as three only need replaced 2x a year. Also like that I don't have a filter hanging on my faucet like before.

Replacing the cartridges is simply impossible

I originally enjoyed the filter. Quality of the water was great. Unfortunately One of the cartridge is stuck and won't come out, making the replacement impossible. I feel like I have wasted my money buying replacement cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a science background, so for me, it is fun and cerebral to test out something like this. Once I installed it, I did one simple thing to start - wash my hands. Regular water? Hands washed easily, no residue. Claryum filtered water? It took more time and effort to clear the soap (same soap). I knew at the minimum that the minerals were filtered out. Then after the taste tests, I was confident that this product does what it says. It could only be better if it was also an RO system. The water flow definitely slows down, so be patient when trying to fill up a bottle or make coffee
