We bought this product in an effort to save some money. We were impressed at first. When water gets filtered it does taste good but if you let it set, like in a gallon container the flavor of tap water comes right back, yuck. So we were not impressed or happy .

After figuring out why and how to fix it leaking at the faucet and slowly tightening until the leak stopped, it performed as described. Water is much better than the PUR faucet filter. Also it has a lot harder to accidently have warm or hot water go through the filter like the PUR one.
