Love my filter water is now a pleasure to drink. Even my dog and bird drink more water now. My bird will only bath in filtered water now. Huge difference in taste and feel safer drinking water out of my filter. The automatic renewal of internal filter is awesome. I’ve been using my over-the-counter filter for probably 15 years and am very satisfied with it. I’ve even given it as a gift I like it so much. I have very old pipes which can really gunk up the water and by the time I change filters I’m appalled at what they have filtered out. It really makes a difference! I’ve always found the customer service people to be very helpful and friendly, which also makes a big difference.
