Im using the filter to fill up my 2 gallon drinking water container and for cooking. I wanted to see the filters and it was very tight, I had to use sockets to open the bottom to avoid breaking the plastic handles, It’s ok for 1 or 2 person household, it’s a small unit it serves the purpose, the water comes out very slow, because the house diameters are very small, water taste good, this filter is suitable for a small apartment.

Customer service professionals insured I purchased the correct replacement filters. Had some initial trouble installing the replacements as I could not get the caps to screw on tightly and the water leaked around the seals. Upon revisiting the situation a couple of days later I was able to get the caps to seal and now the filtration system is again working nicely.

easy to install except I had to use one of the provided adapters and washer but the washer was too thin. I had to cut a thicker washer out of a piece of bicycle inner tube to keep it from leaking.
