I watched the installation video of the countertop water filter before I purchased the unit. It looked easy on the video but I was skeptical. Thrilled to see installation was as easy as portrayed and I had filtered water in minutes. Also like the fact that the nozel allows you to choose either filtered water or regular flow of non filtered water. With use, the filtered water tastes fresh not filtered. Great product.

Excellent products, which we have been using for years. More than 15 years, at least. Can't recall exactly when we got rid of our other pitcher/container filters and bottled waters. This filter removes a higher percentage of water contaminants. Best investment you can make while eliminating the need to cart heavy bottled water containers from the supermarket.

Negative: Sometimes the filters do not work and will create a strong pressure inside the water filtration system where it can easily damage it.
Positive: It is a decently priced water purification system when it does function as advertised. It met my requirements for a filtration system that will not completely eliminate all minerals like a RO will do.
