Good filtering; changing filters can be annoying

More clearance at the base of the unit would help to avoid scraping one's fingers while trying to loosen the covers allowing access to the filter cartridges.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter
Cons: Difficult to install, Slow pour

Have used these filters for the last 10 years, very pleased with the filtered water. In the past a little container of “lubricant” was supplied to aid in the installation of the replacement filters. Putting the lubricant back in the replacement filters box would be nice!
