This filter is very easy to install. When I had a new faucet installed the hardware that came with the filter did not fit so I called them company. They industry sent out the adapter I needed at no charge to me. The tubes are just the right length to put the unit just to the side of the sink, behind the knobs.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Easy to install

Installed it the day I received it. The water was coming out of the diverted backwards or towards the back of the sink. I called CS the next morning only to be told by Brittany N Shelton that I needed to use a wrench for installation or the diverted would leak. I don’t think she understood the issue even after sending her a video and photos. I asked about a new diverted and was told I would have to pay for it, mind you this is the morning of the second day of use.
I am hoping this does not fall on deaf ears and that someone contacts me or sends me a new diverter.
