For the past three cycles, the unit has leaked a d flooded my kitchen floor. A cycle is the period of time between filter changes. Just before the filters are delivered (water for life) the unit fails and leaks water. I have to shut the water supply off until the new filters arrive. The filters do not look used when I replace them. The water does not taste any better than my unfiltered water. I am researching another company to replace aquasana.
Cons: Does not improve taste, Slow pour, Unit leaks... Cant achieve good seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
