Its wonderful. Clean water right from the tap. The filters are a total pain to change. I think everyone just buys a new one. I've had it for years and I still can't easily change filters.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow

The instillation was a bit rocky, but it was our old faucet and not the filter! We’re looking forward to seeing if it is as well loved as our countertop dispenser was for the last 4 years.

cannot get 2 months from these filters, even with a sediment prefilter.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install

I installed this unit to a small bar sink witch was very easy and I fill several gallons of water bottles to put in my refrigerator tru out the week.

I am pleased with my system overall. It is definitely more durable and better to use than the last water filtration system I used. ... but there was some problem installing a replacement filter the second time I had to order a replacement. One of the filters was not going in properly so Aquasana had to send me another, and that worked out fine. Not sure what was wrong with the other filter, but at least I was able to resolve the issue.

Works as before with old style undersink installation. Have had this unit style for decades. Not sure taste is as good as it used to be. Have a whole house prefilter with Carbon, and can't really tell the difference. The prefilter acts the same like the Aquasana prefilter extending the the life of the expensive two cartridges by 50-100%. Sure the water coming out is all very clean and free of toxic materials. Also, use this to fill the Brita as some family members prefer that taste.
A serious failing is that the replacement filter packs DO NOT include new "O" rings to seal the screw on covers. These deteriorate quickly by stretching when tightened down and result in very frustrating leaks. These should be included with new filters as they are not hardware store items - too thin. Also, the plastic integral nut on the screw on covers tend to easily strip with most common wrenches as the plastic is too soft. Only use a 6 point socket available at any hardware store. These durability issues take away two stars. These issues should have been resolved many, many years ago. Some "friends" are not technical enough to deal with these issues, and for them I would not recommend this unit.
