Changing the filter is hard enough that I cannot turn the circles to release the seals before adding new filters. My husband has to do it for me. I have weak thumbs. I so enjoy having the aquasana filter to remove harmful agents in our water and I love the taste. I do wish there was a faster water flow though.....but I understand that a lot is going on to filter the water and that is the most important thing. I have the above-counter model.
