We use this filter at home on the kitchen sink. It gives us pure tasting, high quality water for both cooking and drinking. The stopper that re-routes the water to the filter can wear down over time and start to stick - that's really the only negative about this product.

I've been using the counter top system for years. I very recently replaced the white one with the brushed stainless look which matches my sink. There have been some updates in design since my old unit and they are definitely improvements. Installation and removal of the used filters is EASY. I could actually unscrew the caps and refasten them by hand instead of using a wrench and there are no leaks :-) The water quality of Aquasana has always made me feel safer and the taste is delicious. I live in a place where the tap water meets basic safety requirements and tastes bad. Everyone I know uses some kind of filtration from a pitcher purchased at the grocery store to some brand of permanent system. I'm grateful Aquasana has a unit I can afford and a water-for-life plan available with it.
