i have used aquasana for many years and it is a high quality product, however, i have a lot of trouble getting the replacement filters into the case...this time the handles actually broke off the bottom and i am unable to remove the old blue filter and replace it with the new one....i fine this very frustrating and i wouldlove to see a better design that is easier to use especially for us seniors who live alone!! thanks!
