I do like the filtered water: the taste, the health improvement and the ease of ordering and installing. Actually my filter is an under the sink and I am not able to change the filters anymore. But my grandson installs the new filters and it takes him less than five minutes.

This product was wonderful until they changed the filter type just over a year ago. It still makes the water very nice. Even good enough for fish. But the filter rate is really slow now, even with new filters.

I like the convenience of top of counter use and not having to do a whole difficult installation to obtain good filtered water. This serves that purpose. You just have to be careful not to over tighten because you will never get it open and will need to purchase a new housing unit. Other than that the install is pretty simple and it works as promised. I did upgrade to the higher end spicket a year after having filter and the investment was well worth it. Best counter top filter.

I have problems installing and removing the filters. It seems the design makes it difficult to do so. Once the filters are installed, I have problems with leaking! You should change the design so that installation and removal of filters is easier!

The only con is that I can't remove the hose from the filter caps when I replace the filters and have to work around that, which is clumsy.
