I found when I am receiving my next new filters, it is very hard to unscrew table top and replace the filters. This must be changed, I broke it couple times, and had to call to the company asking for table top replacement. This is only thing I don't like. You have to design something better than that. I use wrench and pliers, and even that doesn't help much. Everything else is excellent, taste is good, water is clean.

Each month we purchase about 6 gal bottles of water in the high quality plastic containers. We usually dump that water. Then we hook-up the Aqua, flush the filters (time depends on how old the filters are), and, slowly fill all the bottles thru the filter (again, speed depends on how old the filters are). Keeping the bottles in a convenient location is a small problem. But, for us, running the water thru the filters in this way, produces GREAT water (ALL the water has been processed when the filters are clean and fresh - no water first standing in the filters for perhaps "x" hours.

Our water quality has improved 100%, our well water had been tainted because of contaminated plumes that emanated from a military base near us, your filters have improved the water quality and taste. With town water the chlorine level is very high your filter system has negated that.
