It was very difficult to remove the old filters. Finally got it done with only two small scratches on my hands. Had to us pliers and grips. They did send me a new case to try to make it easier the next time. Not looking forward to changing them again in 5 months.

really liked my filter system at first, but after the second or third filter change I can no longer get the system to not leak. I get a lot of water out the bottom, have to keep it on a drain board. Once i am through with the replacement filters I have will look for another system.

Though relatively easy to change. Removing the lines can be a bit difficult. The piece that needs to be pressed to remove the lines from the unit could be a little larger. Also, when I changed my filters, the attachment to the filters became clogged. Suggest that one runs the water from the filter unit before attaching it to the faucet.
