The filter works well, but when it comes time to replace it you are in for a very difficult time. We found it almost impossible to replace the filter, and currently can't use the product because after hours of trying we still were not able to do so.

I've owned this system for at least 6 years. I truly hate the taste of my city water, and I never thought I'd enjoy the taste of home brewed coffee. So glad I invested in the system. I did quite a bit of research before I purchased a water filtering system, and I know that I've got the best product for what I needed. The only down side is that I have had some issues with installing the new filters.
