The purifier works fine but replacing the filters is difficult. We already replaced the whole unit two and a half years ago (after using it for three and a half years) because it was impossible to replace the filters (The hex nuts are tapered, and using a wrench on them rounds them; once that happens, the only thing that works is the difficult task of disconnecting the hoses to allow use of a socket wrench). Increasing the cost by replacing the entire unit more frequently appears to be the only solution.

I've had difficulty with the O rings leaking. Also the faucet diverter doesn't always cut off. Because I have poor hand strength it's getting harder to loosen and tighten the covers.
