I've been using this water filter for many years and am always amazed at how good the water tastes. We live quite close to the water treatment plant and have a very high chlorine content in our water which is not good. The Aquasana filter takes care of this for us. Love the "Water for Life" program also. Filters come every 6 months which is perfect timing. I've had many different types of water treatment, but this is the one I've stuck with. Great filter!

The filters are easy to replace in that I know which one goes where and how. But the filter is beneath my sink, against the wall and there's no room to see what I'm doing. It's all by touch, which makes everything that much more difficult.

We have the on the counter filter and although I love it I wanted something faster (busy lifestyle.) My son asked for the pitcher for Christmas so I bought two. I have enjoyed it. The noise is a bit loud but not too much (I don't have sleeping babies) but it is so quick and still gives good filtered water.

The water near Minneapolis is awful; from the tap it smells like chlorine, is full of nitrogen due to the chemically-based methods of big biz farming, and dries with a white film. Disgusting. These filters do a super job of making the water clear, non-smelly and tasting fresh and sweet to drink. Because of the extreme 'saltiness' to the water, I have a smaller, inexpensive filter from Aquasana that I added to the hose that filters the water BEFORE it enters the main filters, thus providing a longer filter life. Takes me 30 secs to change this, once a month. I highly recommend this if your water is really bad.
