I purchased this filtration system last month. After receiving it, I realized I needed help to install it as I needed to cut a hole in my stainless steel sink to mount it. I am glad I did because it took 1 1/2 hours for him to install it. The supplied water hose was too short for the required run so fortunately he supplied it. Despite the added cost of installation we are thrilled with the end result. And the bottles are wonderful as well.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter
Cons: Difficult to install

easy to install, everyone likes the taste, the flow could be a little better, we replaced a single sediment filter which had better flow rate but did not get out the contaminants we are dealing with.

OK, The install is easy, and I like the filter but in the beginning the water taste very bitter. So, I drain out about five gallons and the taste is getting better. The only problem is that the water looks cloudy and I think is very smallest bubbles.

Since our water has a high amount of minerals, it is necessary to use a water softener. Even though the softener is set as low as possible, the water from the faucet as well as the refrigerator has a salty taste. We have been using the water filter for almost a month and are very happy!! Installation was a breeze even with additional hoses for the hot water recycling system. We have not replaced the filters yet but don't expect a problem.
