I like because the water tastes good & it comes out of it's little tap just fine. I only hope the o-rings last a long time. I also like the fact that I am only replacing the filter part & not the whole plastic canister like on most.

When our unit was first installed the flow rate was terribly SLOW. I contacted the company and Bobbi responded quickly with several suggestions. Nothing seemed to improve the trickle. Then, a miracle happened, after about 2 months. The unit suddenly began to flow normally. We are now very pleased with the unit and would recommend it. Also, we appreciated Bobbi and her concerned assistance.
