I have purchased this filter to improve drinking water quality. Many reviewers made comments on the taste being comparable to the bottled water and that was a major issue for me. Well ... it is not. I had it installed 2 days ago but it does not take long to realize the taste is not anywhere near bottled water taste. Very disappointing

First off, yes, we had to go buy extra tubing because we wanted it to the far left of the sink. Other than that we are so, so happy with it, so far. I feel lIke I can go to the kitchen and get a drink of water and it not put poisons in me! Such a relief! I found myself previously not drinking water on purpose because of our city waters health alerts cards and because of not knowing the safety of plastic bottles. Now I can drink like I know I should for my health! Thank you!
