The instructions need to be more specific regarding the location of the battery and replacement of the battery and type of battery, Also when I called for informstion I was told the alarm would beep about 3 weeks before replacement was necessary. Instructions need to include this information. I feel the instuctions need to be improved. Also, nowhere on your web site is there a search for help/questions/answers to troubleshoot.

Great for my Keurig coffee maker. Replaces plastic bottle water and provides safe and great water. I find that the best water has no taste or smell, this water has neither, just a nice soft clean feel.

Product installed very easily. The plastic pipe was plenty long enough for my application. Only downside was plastic ferrules inside compression fittings didn't grab like they should. So had the pipe come off and spray water (luckily while we were in the kitchen). But got new brass ferrules and worked perfectly. All in all still very satisfied.
