I went from a reverse osmosis system to this 3 stage system and the system is just okay. The quality of water and the cost of the filters can only make this system mediocre. We have a electronic hot water dispenser which we always filled it up with filtered water. However each time the water dispenser comes out to have lime scale and a white filmy substance. I believe it is caused by the quality of the filtered water. The plus of the system is that it is compact and does not take much space underneath the counter. The disadvantage is the cost of filters every 6 months!

Cons: Cloudy Water, Uses Lots of Replacement Filters

We have been using a counter-top Berkey system for many years. The Berkey replacement filters are more than this entire system. I can't believe we waited so long to upgrade to an under the counter system. So far, this has worked out great. The only bad thing is that the water pressure is low so it comes out slow.
