The water doesn't taste as good as bottled water. I installed 2 of these at 2 different houses. I pours fine but the water pressure at the house is really high. The other where the water pressure is normal pours very slow.

The installation manual can be greatly improved -- if it was printed in a slightly larger format that would make a big difference. The pictures, particularly the picture of the all of the parts laid out is very difficult to see the way it is printed. Also, the hoses connecting the filter to the faucet could be longer -- it was just barely long enough for my sink. Also, the faucet seems a bit fragile / flimsy. I hope it lasts. But the water tastes great and the whole apparatus is a good bargain. Recommended, but with a bit of caution.
