We installed this product at the end of August. Ordered in June and had problems with the existing Plumbing had to replace the shutoff faucet. We replaced all the Kitchen plumbing before installing the system. This is the different type of drinking water system we have installed. We are very pleased with system. Easy to install, use, and filter changing. So far very happy.

I didn't even think of installing the filter myself. Even with the added cost of a professional installation (what a pleasure BTW), the monthly cost savings over delivered service is substantial. The taste is every bit as good as bottled water, if not better. And one other advantage I hadn't considered when I made the purchase is that now the ice cubes & hot water for our tea & coffee makers are so much better.
